a whole cluster layer cake of foot mash and pristine whole cluster. i was stung by a wasp while dancing on the bounty (second time in my life) . a little over a fortnight in a sealed ss tank before a gentle press and into neutral oak puncheons for 9 months.

boysenberry, nibs, leaf, medium plus body, medium acid, long finish :)
