More whole-cluster, sour candy, plonk is now ready just in time to guzzle during the holidays with friends and family. This Zweigelt 'Nouveau' grown in West Kelowna is in true nouveau form. The grapes underwent carbonic maceration for 13 days in a stainless steel tank before a gentle pressing to complete fermentation in neutral oak puncheons. The results are a low alcohol, vibrant, very fruity, dry, light red wine that is perfect for all occasions. Serve chilled.
